Quantum Blackjack Live
Christmas has come a few days early for fans of Playtech’s casino content. The major industry provider this week revealed its latest innovation and newest additions to its Live Casino portfolio – Live Slots and Quantum Blackjack.
Both products are based on new concepts within the booming live casino sector and are now available across Playtech’s network of clients.
Live Quantum Roulette is a good alternative to Lightning Roulette. It has two unique features with The Quantum Leap and Boost, but these don’t really add anything to the playing experience. Quantum Blackjack follows on from the successful release of Playtech’s Quantum Roulette, with the series combining the pros of live studios and innovative gameplay. The big twist in the. Live Quantum Blackjack is released back to back with Buffalo Blitz Live Slots, which means Playtech is determined to start off 2020 with a big bang, leaving players yearning for more.
Live Slots is a cross-vertical concept that transforms online slot play into a collective experience. Playtech’s new product is the first one to feature so-called community spins. It provides all participating players with the opportunity to play a single game together.
Live Slots action takes place in a Playtech live studio. A host is leading the game and commenting all events occurring within said game, thus creating a game show atmosphere.
Participating players choose their limit, number of spins, and bet per spin, while the game goes on automatically with spins every few seconds. Playtech’s brand-new Live Slots concept also supports Free Spins bonusing feature, the first in the live casino vertical to do so.
Playtech’s hugely popular Buffalo Blitz, a six-reel slot that offers 4,096 ways to win, was the first one to have been adapted for the provider’s new Live Slots product. The game is now available across Playtech’s network of online gambling operators.
Quantum Blackjack
It was last week again when Playtech rolled out Quantum Blackjack, the second title from its Quantum Live Casino series. Quantum Blackjack is the industry’s first multiplier-based blackjack game.
Its innovative gameplay includes an extra draw after the betting time. In that additional draw, up to three cards can be drawn and are randomly given a x3, x5, and x10 multiplier. If a player gets one of these three cards in their hand and wins against the dealer, they are paid according to the multiplier. Players can win up to 1,000x their stake.
The launch of Quantum Blackjack follows the roll-out of Quantum Roulette, which was unveiled this past September and has already proved extremely popular with players.
Playtech’s two new Live Casino products further demonstrate the company’s continued focus on developing “versatile, experience-led live content” for the global gambling industry.
Commenting on their new Live Slots offering, Playtech Head of Innovation for Live Casino Kevin Kilminster said that it is a “genuinely new concept” that delivers a new style of gameplay for players and “creates an exciting cross-sell opportunity for operators.”
Of Quantum Blackjack, Mr. Kilminster said that they are confident it will prove just as popular as Quantum Roulette and that it would likewise “set the tone for future Quantum releases.”
Including Live Slots and Quantum Blackjack, Playtech has released more than 20 Live Casino variants since the beginning of the year. Mr. Kilminster said that they are looking to raise the bar even further in 2020 with more releases to enhance its Live Casino portfolio.
